SwissWatching

Jackie and Seth are spending a few years in Switzerland, living just outside of Lausanne in Renens VD. They arrived in August 2008. Jackie is getting a master’s and, eventually, a PhD in international studies (specifically, the history of modern international politics) at IHEID in Geneva. Seth is currently working as a data analyst at the World Health Organization, after spending two years at EPFL in Lausanne, first creating CityRank as a research assistant in EPFL’s Media and Design Laboratory and then beginning work towards a PhD in Computer Science, which he will continue at Carnegie Mellon.  In summer 2011, Jackie and Seth will be getting married and moving to Pittsburgh.
